Purpose of the service
RiskSnapshot provides a deterministic, point-in-time AI risk snapshot based on the information you provide. The output is informational only.
No legal or compliance advice
- RiskSnapshot does not provide legal advice.
- Reports are not certifications, audits, or compliance determinations.
- You remain responsible for regulatory interpretation and compliance decisions.
Accuracy and limitations
- Results depend entirely on the accuracy of your inputs.
- The tool provides directional guidance, not guarantees.
- Risk classifications may change as regulations evolve.
Usage limits
- Each purchase allows one snapshot per supported framework.
- Re-running assessments requires a new purchase.
Refunds
- If the tool fails to generate a usable report, contact support for a refund.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with outcomes or interpretations.
Liability
RiskSnapshot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on the output.
